What the price actually covers
Before you make an account
You get 2 lookups a day with no account at all, and you see full results, not a teaser. Signing up raises that to 4 a day and adds the rejection log.
Billed by user ceiling
A plan covers a whole practice up to its user ceiling, so adding a colleague does not change the bill until you cross a tier. There is no per-seat charge.
Annual billing
Annual is ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Same features either way, and you can change or cancel from your billing settings.
Custom
Above 25 users, Custom is arranged with the practice rather than through self-serve checkout. Contact sales to discuss your requirements.

Questions about plans and billing
How does billing work?
Paid plans are subscriptions billed by the practice user ceiling, not per seat. You choose a plan after signing up and completing onboarding.
What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual billing is exactly ten times the monthly price, which includes two months free. Features are the same on both billing periods.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your practice returns to the Free plan. Saved panels from a paid plan stay in your account but are locked until you subscribe again.
How do team seats work?
Each paid plan covers everyone in the practice up to its stated user ceiling. Adding a teammate does not change the price unless your practice needs a higher tier.
How do I cancel?
The practice owner can cancel from Settings, then Plan & billing, using the Stripe billing portal.
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. A Free account does not require a card.
